Problem: The machine keep alarm
Analyze
When machine keep alarm, it means there should be reason and check what cause it. From the video customer show we found it is motor overload. Then we ask to check which hot reply was jumped.
From this we can see clearly that motor 8 is overload. After reset the relay, the alarm disappeared.
Then we need find out why the motor was overload and found the ampere of motor 8 is too high. Ask customer to adjust the handle of motors, to polishing less.
