Intelligent Four-Axis Machining Center

This equipment is a CNC machining center, an integrated milling and drilling machine with A-axis rotation of +90°, 0°, and -90°.

It features a 9KW spindle with a 6-position tool magazine, capable of holding 6 different saw blades, with the system optimizing the selection of the appropriate blade. 

The X-axis is fed by a servo precision slide rail, slide block, gear, and rack for backlash-free feed; the Y-axis and Z-axis are fed by a servo ball screw; and the A-axis is rotated by a servo motor driving an RV reducer, ensuring milling accuracy and speed.

 Both workstations can operate independently, completing their own programs without conflict.

This equipment requires no manual programming. It can connect to a network for barcode scanning (data can also be imported from a CAD-USB drive), or be manually programmed. 

The fixture automatically shifts, preventing collisions during machining. After clamping the profile, simply press the system start button, and the machine will automatically process according to the programmed data. 

This equipment requires no specialized technicians and operates with zero errors during barcode scanning.
