Intelligent Laser Marking Machine

Primarily suitable for marking lines on aluminum profiles. 

No skilled workers are required; automatic processing via code scanning completes the processing of an entire profile. 

Alternatively, graphics can be directly imported to generate processing programs. 

The laser head moves back and forth and up and down on the crossbeam, both directions driven by servo motors and lead screws.

The laser head rotation is driven by a servo motor through a four-axis reducer, achieving servo-driven rotation. 

Rotation is smooth and uniform, capable of 0° and 90° rotations.

The workpiece is fixed on a push-pull beam, driven by a cylinder.

Equipped with a pneumatic clamp, it can be manually moved on the rotating beam to accommodate marking lines at different positions on profiles of different sizes.

Standard configuration includes a laser lifespan management system; automatic maintenance reminder function.
